I enjoy helping clients find solutions. I’ve served customers and lead teams in health insurance, new home construction, property management, and retail. I’ve coached founders of small businesses in copywriting, food, floral design, photography, web design, and wedding to create support systems. My experience is diverse but has one thing in common. “How can I best serve the person in front of me?” I apply this same practice when coaching and creating systems to support your growth!
A Relationship Focused Process
Starts with you sharing your role, experience, and what’s important to you. Then we discuss strengths, challenges, and expectations.
Next, we look at your opportunities. You share your desired goals. We create a 90-day plan for improvement with weekly coaching.
Then implement processes and practice conversations to build your support system. Coaching sessions include notes and action items.
Finally, review the actions you took and the results. We discuss what went well and areas to refine so you continue to see growth.

How much does coaching cost?
Cost is relative to the scope of work and results desired. The discovery call allows you to share what you need so I can provide you personalized services within your budget.
What is the payment structure?
With a 90-day commitment, you pay 50% before day 1, the next 25% before day 31, and the final 25% before day 61.
What is the refund policy?

Who is coaching not for?
If you have a hard time trusting others and letting go, it will be challenging to see results.
When are coaching calls?
Coaching calls are recurring weekly for 45-minutes. You pick the day and time. If you need to reschedule a specific meeting, you have flexibility.
What platform is used for coaching?
You may choose audio-only or video. Zoom is used to make it easy to share screens as needed.
What systems do you work with?
I use Google and Notion for my business. I’m experienced with Basecamp. I can quickly adapt to Asana, Trello, Dubsado, or your preferred system.
Why a 90-day commitment?
It takes time to see the impact of change. I work beside you to understand your needs and refine the process along the way instead of providing a quick fix.
