When is the workshop?

Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 2:00 pm CST

What app or software is required for the workshop?

The workshop is hosted on Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom desktop app (FREE). Please test your video and audio connection on Zoom prior to the workshop.

Is the workshop recorded?

I value the transparency and vulnerability of attendees who engage in the live conversations. I do not record events.

Who is the workshop and cohort for?

Leaders who work in a client facing role and help create internal business processes.

When is the cohort?

It is hosted every Tuesday at 2:00 pm CST for 10 weeks. The cohort starts Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 2:00 pm CST and ends Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 2:00 pm CST.

What app or software is required for the cohort?

You will need Zoom for our weekly calls. You can build your Client Success Wiki on the platform of your choice.

How many leaders are in the cohort?

The cohort allows a maximum of 10 leaders to allow ample time for group and 1:1 engagement.

Can I register a team member for the workshop or cohort?

Yes, if you have a team member who is servicing clients you may register them. The price for each event is per individual. Please register them under their name and business email address.
