Helping you be the leader teams love to work for, business partners respect, and customers refer to their friends.
Does your team enjoy coming to work? Are your customers repeat purchasers? Our relationships determine the success of our business. How we communicate can make or break relationships. Your role as a leader is important.
This site is a resource for leaders who are passionate about serving people. Leaders who understand how your role impacts your team’s performance, company culture, customer experience, and industry standards.
In the Library, you’ll find topics to help strengthen relationships with your team, self, and customers.
- Leadership focuses on relationships with your team.
- Mindset addresses the relationship with yourself.
- Operations provides practical tips for relationships with customers.
I’ve held leadership positions for over 20 years in multiple industries (health insurance, property management, retail, real estate) and in non-profit organizations (literacy, marketing). Many times I was promoted based on performance and not given leadership training. I learned a lot of hard lessons along the way. Those lessons challenged me to want to do better. I studied leadership more and bounced thoughts regularly with a mentor. Both of these helped me with self-reflection and growth. I’m still learning every day.
Your relationships define your legacy as a leader. How will people remember you? Will you be the leader who helped your team advance in their career? Will you be the leader who brightened a customer’s day? I believe you will be that leader because relationships matter to you. I look forward to your growth!
Let’s grow together.
