Fear and negativity creep in because people don’t have a plan. When they don’t have a plan then their mind isn’t focused and wonders. This lack of focus leads to overthinking and creating space for fear and doubt to creep in.
To combat this fear and negativity people need a plan. You don’t need an entire plan just a short term plan. Especially since everything is changing rapidly.
